A2Z Tool Hub (a2ztoolhub.com, "the website") is run by Bitty ("we", "us"). In short: the tools work inside your own browser, your files and text are never uploaded, and we do not use cookies, ads or tracking.

1. Your files and text stay on your device

Every tool on this website (image, PDF, text, calculator, generator, converter, SEO and developer tools) runs in your web browser on your own phone or computer. Photos, PDFs and text you choose or type are processed there and are not sent to us or to anyone else. When you close the page, they are gone, unless you saved a result yourself.

2. Files the tools download from this website

Some tools need extra parts, which your browser downloads from this website when you first use them: the cut-out model for Remove Background and Passport & ID Photo (U²-Net), and the PDF programs PDF.js and pdf-lib. They come from a2ztoolhub.com itself, not from another company, and they run on your device. See Open-source licences.

3. Things your browser may remember

A few tools can remember a choice on your device only, for example your watermark text. This is stored in your browser's local storage, never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. We do not use cookies.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your message and the IP address the message came from. The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We use this only to reply to you and to improve the website, we do not share it with anyone else, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

5. Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every website host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use Cloudflare's analytics or any other analytics or advertising service.

6. What we do not do

  • No ads and no advertising cookies.
  • No analytics or tracking scripts.
  • No accounts and no sign-up.
  • We never sell or share personal data.

7. Children

The website is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child sent us personal data through the contact form, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with data protection laws, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you (in practice, only contact-form messages) and have it corrected or deleted. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Belgium this is the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

9. Our app

A2Z Image Craft, our Android photo app, has its own Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
